User Data Deletion

You have the right to request permanent deletion of your Remyndar account and all associated data. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted
Upon confirmation of your deletion request, we permanently remove:
- Your mobile number and account credentials
- All profile information (name, date of birth, occupation, city, email)
- All reminders and reminder history
- Notification delivery logs linked to your account
- Language and preference settings
Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g., total reminders created) may be retained for service analytics.
How to Delete Your Account
You can request deletion in two ways:
- Via the app: Log in → go to your Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". Your data is deleted immediately.
- Via this form: Fill in the form below and we will process your request within 30 days and confirm via email (if provided) or SMS.
You can also email us directly at privacy@remyndar.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and your registered mobile number.
After Deletion
- You will stop receiving all WhatsApp reminders immediately.
- Your account cannot be recovered after deletion is processed.
- If you wish to use Remyndar again, you will need to create a new account.
