1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Remyndar ("Service", "we", "our"), operated by Remyndar (India), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Remyndar is a reminder management platform that sends scheduled notifications via WhatsApp. Users can set reminders for bills, meetings, medicines, birthdays, and other recurring or one-time events.

The Service requires a valid Indian mobile number that is registered on WhatsApp. Remyndar sends messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform; you must have an active WhatsApp account to receive reminders.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service.
• You must provide a valid Indian mobile number during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• One account per mobile number is permitted.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or submit reminders in bulk.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with the proper working of the Service.

5. Subscription and Pricing

Remyndar offers a free tier and paid monthly plans based on the number of active reminders:

• Starter (Free): Up to 5 reminders
• Basic: ₹500/month — up to 10 reminders
• Standard: ₹900/month — up to 20 reminders
• Advanced: ₹1500/month — up to 30 reminders
• Premium: ₹2000/month — up to 40 reminders
• Business: ₹2500/month — up to 50 reminders

Paid plans are billed monthly. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to registered users. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Reminders and Notification Delivery

While we make every effort to deliver reminders on schedule, Remyndar does not guarantee delivery of WhatsApp messages. Delivery depends on factors outside our control including WhatsApp platform availability, mobile network conditions, and whether your account can receive business messages.

You are solely responsible for setting accurate reminder times and content. Remyndar is not liable for missed events caused by reminder non-delivery or incorrect configuration.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software of the Remyndar platform is owned by Remyndar and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months. You may delete your account at any time through our Data Deletion page.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remyndar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via WhatsApp message or email (if provided). Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
